Once again, I'm attending the annual Small Publishers Fair in London this coming weekend on behalf of Reality Street. As I don't have a day job any longer, I shall for the first time be able to man the stand on the Friday as well as the Saturday.
I'll be bringing as much stock as I can carry on the train in a wheelie bag and a shoulder bag, which should include copies of most of Reality Street's titles published over the past five or six years - plus some oldies but goodies and slight seconds at unprecedented bargain prices.
The fun begins at the Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, at 11am on Friday 13 November, and it will all be over by 7pm on Saturday. Before that, there will be readings on the Saturday afternoon by poets published by small presses featuring in the show. Reality Street will be represented by Wendy Mulford, reading from her recent book
The Land Between. To save any more typing,
here's the link for the rest of the details.
If you're there, please come up and say hello. It's always nice to put faces to names. And it's even nicer if you can buy a book. Because I don't want to carry them all back home to Hastings.
